Airport Taxi Pickering

Privacy at Airport Taxi Pickering

Short version: the details you type into the booking form exist to get a car to your door — they serve no second purpose, and one email has them corrected or erased.

What the booking form gathers, and why

Name, mobile number, email, pickup and drop-off addresses, travel date and time, passenger and luggage counts, an optional flight number, and any notes you add. Each field exists to run the trip itself: the addresses set the zone fare, the phone number carries your confirmation and driver texts, the email receives the written record, and the flight number lets the pickup follow a delayed arrival. None of it is used for advertising and none of it is sold, rented, or traded — full stop.

Who touches the data besides us

Three kinds of processors, each doing one job: an email delivery service sends the booking confirmations, an SMS provider carries the text messages, and a bot-screening check (Cloudflare Turnstile) runs when the form is submitted to keep automated spam out. Your assigned driver sees the trip details needed to drive it — pickup, destination, time, name, and phone number — and nothing beyond them.

How long records stay

Booking records are retained as long as tax and accounting rules require business records to exist, then cleared in routine purges. Website analytics are aggregate and cookieless — page counts, not profiles — and the site sets no advertising or tracking cookies at all.

Seeing, fixing, or deleting your information

Email info@airporttaxipickering.ca or call 289-277-1204 from the number on the booking, and we'll show you what's on file, correct it, or erase it where the law lets us. Requests are handled by a person, usually the same day.
